A confirmation email will be sent to let you know that your pet's parcel is on the way.You can track your delivery progress via the link provided.
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, this is calculated at checkout.From small and lightweight to large and bulky items, your pet’s parcel will be sent nationwide via our delivery partners. However, due to certain location restrictions on large, heavy and bulky items, we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders. You will be advised accordingly via email.
